Explore some of London’s most interesting streets
A bustling hub of south London since the early 19th century, immigration since the 1940s has ensured Brixton is a vibrant and exciting melting pot of cuisines and is where you’ll find the best jerk chicken in London, in streets and buildings packed with history.
We’ll enjoy delicious spicy delicacies, wander through the famous Village and Market Row, and compare Caribbean-influenced Brixton to newer food hubs like Pop Brixton, which brings together street food from all over the world.
What you should bring
We’ll be walking around 3 miles, so you should wear some comfy shoes. We’d also recommend:
- Pack an umbrella just in case – tours go ahead rain or shine
- Don’t eat a huge lunch! We’ll be tasting throughout, and you’ll finish having had the equivalent of a full meal
- Bring your camera – there are lots of pretty streets and Instagrammable dishes, and you’ll want to remember where you’ve been!
We can cater for dietary requirements, but can’t guarantee that all food is produced in allergy-free kitchens.
If you have any intolerances or allergies, and are happy with the above, please let us know when you book.
